This is a late 19th early 20th century reproduction of a 17th century Louis XIII Armchair.
Finished in beautifuly patined walnut with barley twist arms, legs and stretchers, joined by carved arm supports, depicting female busts.
The upholstery is a rich red and gold textured damask, in perfect condition.
